It was as expected, had a fine stay. Very comfy beds in our standard queen room. Savoury and plentiful breakfast with lots of eggs and cereals.

Nice design, air-conditioned and double superior rooms and extremly helpful staff. Central location, not very far from a mountain cable car. Breakfast was generous and had plenty of food. The service was all in all efficient.

The venue was always clean, had perfect location and staff. I had a great bedroom and a stunningly beautiful view of mountain. Family-run hotel in a very relaxing area of Grindelwald. Also, I loved how very special the location was.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

Gracious staff, nice size room. We had a room overlooking the mountain, the hotel was CALM. The location was absolutely fabulous for traveling around Grindelwald. We had lunch in the traditional restaurant.

Marvelous location, exceptionally kind staff, courteous service, inside facing room. Huge suite and perfect bed. Also, glacier canyon was max 25 minutes walk to. Great pool to relax in too.

Staff was marvelous, rooms and common area were pretty clean. I liked the beautiful area. Also, the hotel had easy access to Sportzentrum Grindelwald Sports Complex. Room was pretty big and very warm.
